Who are we?

Jansen Management Services (JMS) is owned by Kellie Jansen, and we specialise in human resources management services for small and medium-sized businesses. Kellie also offers the 'Get It Right' program through her company, JMS.

Kellie is passionate about giving business owners and managers the tools and advice to handle their people ‘pressures’, helping to create harmonious working environments, so they are free to focus on their business and teams.

“I believe that your people will build your business for you. As a business owner, or manager, you may not always have the time, or the innate abilities to effectively build the fundamental elements to build your people, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be learned and implemented. Creating a wellbeing-focused approach to mentoring management and staff can allow your business to foster high-performing teams, and generate record-breaking profits with ease.

Kellie brings a great depth of experience to her business. With her rich and deep work history, she has worked in roles such HR Director, National Operations Manager, General Manager of Finance and Assistant Accountant, for businesses such as Daniher Property Services, Ecovantage and DS Chemport.

“I’ve worked in operational management for decades now, and I’ve witnessed just about every organisational difficulty come to fruition based purely on management’s fear to act, or they are overwhelmed with other priorities, or lack basic training in people management.

“Over time, it has become clear that it’s not always easy to know who to turn to, or what the best course of action is to take. A lot of the time, being a leader isn’t as clear-cut as it sounds." - Kellie Jansen.

As a senior manager herself, Kellie realised how essential it is to have a mentor and a trusted set of templates to turn to for these issues. Now Kellie is that mentor to others. Over her career, multi-million dollar companies have relied on her to transform dysfunctional workforces into exceptional ones.
